PREVIOUS RACE RECAP: Last week, Skinner and his No. 5 Exide Batteries Toyota Tundra team captured their sixth top-10 finish of the 2009 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule, as the Randy Moss Motorsports crew finished in the 10th position after being caught a lap down due to green-flag pit stop strategies. Skinner is currently third in the NCWTS championship point standings, 39 points behind leader Matt Crafton and only nine points behind second-place Ron Hornaday Jr.

SKINNER (On racing at Michigan International Speedway): “Well, I’m excited to head to Michigan this weekend. Eric (Phillips, crew chief) and all of my guys on this No. 5 Randy Moss Motorsports Toyota team do a wonderful job of giving me good trucks to drive every week and I know that this week will be the same. Our team had a decent run last week in Texas but I think that we can perform better than that. It takes a lot to win one of these Truck Series races and I know that we can do it again.”
